The Urbanczyk's understand the importance of water to Pagosa Springs. In order to improve the functionality of the Dutton Creek pipeline, they are working with the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) to bury a 7.5 mile-long pipeline to Steven’s Lake.

JUNIOR LIVESTOCK
As a regular top buyer for the San Antonio Stock Show Junior Livestock Auction and other surrounding communities, Ronnie and Terry decided to bring their same support to the Archuleta County Fair.
They have a love for kids and agriculture. One way they can support both is by being a Top Buyer at the Archuleta Junior Livestock event. Where in 2021 they were a Top Buyer for both Grand and Reserve in the swine category.
STEVENS FIELD AIRPORT
Less than 1/4 mile from Dutton Ranch, the Urbanczyk's quickly realized the benefit of having Stevens Field Airport that close to their ranch.
They also realized the need for more hangers and an expansion of the airfield for their plane and other local friends and business owners' planes. So they purchased an adjacent lot to help make that happen.
More planes and places to hold them means more people coming to the community to visit, shop, and support small businesses.
The Urbanczyk's are currently proposing to acquire the Archuleta County Courthouse in downtown Pagosa Springs. In hopes to renovate and restructure it for a hotel and event facility for the community.
