The moment we started our vacation in Pagosa Springs in 2019, we fell in love with the people and the land. We immediately wanted to be members of the community. So we purchased a place and then purchased the stunning Dutton Ranch.

We raised our three kids in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, which isn't nearly as majestic as the views here in Colorado, but beautiful still the same. For over three decades we have been stewards of the land and promise to do the same here on Dutton Ranch.

Now our kids are raising our nine grandchildren in the Hill Country. Not only do they get to be raised in a wonderful place, but they all also now have the opportunity to create extra special memories here on Dutton Ranch.

​The significance of this ranch and the history of the town resonates with both of us. For these reasons, we are going beyond what is expected to ensure the integrity of Dutton Ranch. Indeed, there is no one that wants to keep the beauty and majesty of this ranch more than us. If anyone says differently, they don't know us.

We look forward to Dutton Ranch and Pagosa Springs being part of our family for many years to come and we will take every step to ensure the land we own is developed in a responsible manner because we think Pagosa Rocks!
